Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2, 1981) is an South African model, actress and TV host. Brandt was a model and actress who started her career as an actor in the new Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom, made her American debut on the stage with the character as Naevia in the historical show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared in various TV shows during the past 10 years. This includes Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. In the year 2016 Brandt is playing the character in the role of Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in Cape Town South Africa. After her late teens she immigrated along with her parents to Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's career started as a fashion model, appearing in commercials on television and magazine advertisements. Prior to her rise to the spotlight as a model, she worked in retail sales as well as being an expert in recruitment for information technology. In 2009 she was offered her first role in Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Her debut appearance came on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She was Naevia who was a slave in the show. The character of Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus prequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three shows on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 together with her. In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for the popular Netflix series Lucifer. Her most important role up to this point. In the show, she is co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
